Job description ##

Your tasks:

• Active consultation and sale of our products in the store (Swatch and Flik Flak)
• Ensuring a warm welcome as well as courteous customer service
• Attractive presentation of our products in the store according to visual guidelines
• Responsibility for the correct operation and settlement at the cash desk
• Carrying out small service tasks such as battery changes and adjustments of watch straps
• Ensuring a well-maintained and inviting appearance of the store
• Receipt of deliveries as well as support with inventory management

Profile ##

• Completed training in retail or a comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, ideally in the field of watches, jewelry, or lifestyle products
• Strong customer orientation as well as joy in active selling
• Flexibility regarding working hours, especially on weekends, with 7-day operation

Professional requirements ##

We are looking for a committed and experienced, multilingual Sales Associate who feels comfortable in a dynamic, international work environment with great flexibility, resilience, and personal responsibility.

As a Sales Associate, you are part of our international team that provides excellent customer service, promotes sales, and contributes to the success of our Swatch Stores. Become part of our team and represent the brand with enthusiasm, product knowledge, and strong customer orientation.

Languages ##

Very good German and French skills as well as good English skills, other languages are an advantage
