To strengthen our HR team, we are looking for a flexible and committed personality to handle diverse personnel and administration tasks.

Do you have a commercial vocational training, initial professional experience in HR, and are you a service-oriented personality? We offer you a varied activity in a lively environment.

Your tasks ###

• Responsibility for managing time and absence management
• Carrying out diverse HR tasks in the onboarding and offboarding process
• Creating job offers, employment contracts, confirmations, work certificates, as well as obtaining permits, registrations/deregistrations with social insurances, etc.
• Independent management of the payroll accounting of a subsidiary
• Support in personnel development (organization of training, processing the training plan, creating continuing education agreements)
• Organization and coordination of business trips, meetings, and events
• Collaboration in the implementation of HR projects
• Assumption of further versatile HR and administration tasks

Our requirements ###

• Completed commercial vocational training with affinity and initial experience in HR
• Resilience, organizational skills, and independence
• Loyal and communicative personality
• Independent, reliable, and service-oriented way of working
• Good IT skills (MS-Office, ERP system)
• Ability to work in a team, friendly appearance
• Good German skills (other languages an advantage)
