Commercial Employee EFZ (m/f)

Your tasks

• Receiving and processing telephone calls
• Processing correspondence, emails and various administrative tasks
• Entering, checking and updating data

Your profile

• Commercial training (EFZ Kauffrau/Kaufmann) or equivalent training
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
• Good internet skills
• Interest in screen work and customer contact
• Resilience and organizational talent
• Independent way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong service orientation
• Swiss official language at level C1 or higher
• Second national language at level B2 or higher
