It is currently looking for an Electricity Foreperson to strengthen its team and ensure the smooth running of its workshop. Challenges Your challenge will be to supervise a team of 6 electricians and to guarantee the safety, quality, and compliance of the work. You will have real responsibility for the organization of the workshop, the coordination of activities, and the monitoring of interventions. You will need to ensure the availability of resources, respect for deadlines, and the proper execution of the work. Beyond management, you will also participate in the maintenance and troubleshooting of the electrical and electronic installations of the existing infrastructures. The position is part of an organization of 7 workshops, each with its own foreperson, and in a context of service development, notably with the desire to establish an on-call service. Your missions Management & supervision Supervise and oversee a team of 6 electricians. Guarantee the safety, quality, and compliance of the work. Organize the team's activities and ensure the monitoring of interventions. Support skill development and maintain a professional working environment. Planning & coordination Plan, coordinate, and manage workshop activities. Ensure the coordination of work by ensuring resources and deadlines are met. Collaborate with other workshops and relevant services. Participate in the implementation and organization of a future on-call service. Maintenance & installations Ensure the maintenance and troubleshooting of the electrical and electronic installations of existing infrastructures. Identify intervention needs and contribute to problem-solving. Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and compliance with safety requirements. Assume any other mission related to the electricity workshop. Profile sought Federal diploma of expert in electrical installation and safety (mastery) required. Significant experience in a similar position. Experience in the industrial sector in Switzerland, a real advantage. Basic knowledge in PLC programming. Experience in supervising a technical team. Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate workshop activities. Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and ability to make decisions. Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
