• Patient care while respecting home care procedures in an interdisciplinary operating mode
• You identify needs regarding rehabilitation and re-education, assistive devices, and the adaptation of the living space and/or workstation
• You play a predominant role in the prevention and promotion of patient health by fostering their autonomy.

You hold a Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy or a title deemed equivalent recognized by the Swiss Red Cross #####

• Experience in a hospital service for physical or psychiatric care, rehabilitation service, home care, or private clinic is an asset.
• Strong interest in community health

You are rigorous, with a keen sense of organization and priority management, #####
