Job Description
Independent and exact order processing from A-Z
Competent telephone and written customer care
Preparation and follow-up of offers
Coordination with purchasing, warehouse and field service
Support in the optimization of processes and internal workflows
Maintenance of product data in the ERP/shop system

Desired Profile
Several years of professional experience in inside sales
Completed commercial training or equivalent experience
Experience in customer care in a technical environment
Good German skills in spoken and written form mandatory
Proficient handling of MS Office and ERP systems
