For our client, we are looking for an experienced construction manager civil engineering immediately or by arrangement. You will take over the technical and organizational management of civil engineering projects and ensure that the work is carried out on schedule, economically, and in high quality.

Your tasks
Management and coordination of civil engineering projects from planning to completion

Management and organization of the construction sites

Coordination of employees, subcontractors, and suppliers

Monitoring of deadlines, costs, quality, and occupational safety

Control of the performed work as well as acceptances

Creation and verification of measurements, site reports, and supplements

Participation in construction meetings and regular communication with clients, planners, and authorities

Identification and resolution of technical and organizational challenges on the construction site

Your profile
Completed training in construction, ideally as a road builder, civil engineer, or mason

Further training to become a certified foreman, technician HF, or construction manager is an advantage

Professional experience in civil engineering and in construction site management

Good knowledge of construction processes, measurement, and work preparation

Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working

Assertiveness and enjoyment of collaborating with various contact persons

Good German skills in speaking and writing

Driver's license category B
