The quality and finesse of our products are close to our hearts, for this reason we have decided on production in our own establishments. We run our own bakery, a butchery, a pâtisserie, a sushi and a sandwich production, as well as a dimensioned main kitchen for the restaurants at the Zürich main station. For our production kitchen, we are looking for a motivated personality from 01.
