Berne, Switzerland | 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Contribute to the operation of EasyGov, notably to the optimization of the support chain, for example using artificial intelligence • Contribute to the << EasyGov 2.0 >> project, in particular to the development and documentation of processes and working methods, and collaborate with partner authorities • Prepare workshops and meetings, and draft decision bases • Participate in organizational tasks related to the introduction of SAFe/DevOps working methods <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree (BSc/MSc), preferably in business informatics, or equivalent training • Great autonomy, sense of responsibility and commitment, quick-wittedness, flexibility and resistance to stress • Knowledge in project management, organizational development or process management • Ideally, first practical experience in a project environment (agile, SAFe, HERMES, e.g.) • Affinity for cyberadministration • Good knowledge, both oral and written, of two official languages; good knowledge of English <br /> In a few words The Directorate for Economic Promotion (DS) is committed to improving the framework conditions for SMEs. Within this directorate, the Cyberadministration sector for SMEs (DSEK) focuses on the administrative relief of companies, and in particular on the operation and development of the central virtual counter EasyGov.swiss. The ongoing << EasyGov 2.0 >> project aims for a total redesign of the counter based on low code technology.
