For our client, a company enjoying an international reputation and recognized for the quality, reliability, and innovation of its technical solutions and equipment dedicated to the leisure and entertainment sector, we are looking for an After-Sales Service Engineer in mechanical engineering EPF/HES, responsible for ensuring the technical monitoring of its installations, support for its customers, as well as quality control and continuous improvement of its products.

Your tasks at your new employer

• Provide technical support and after-sales service to our customers and partners
• Analyze technical problems encountered on our installations and propose suitable and sustainable solutions
• Diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical malfunctions
• Participate in problem-solving on site, in collaboration with internal teams and customers
• Ensure the follow-up of interventions, repairs, and technical improvements
• Participate in quality control and continuous improvement of our products
• Collaborate with the engineering, production, and assembly departments in order to optimize the reliability of our installations
• Write technical reports and ensure the follow-up of after-sales service files

You offer to your new employer

• EPF/HES engineering training in mechanics or training deemed equivalent
• Solid knowledge in mechanics and construction, particularly machine elements
• Good knowledge of pneumatics, electricity, and mechanical welding construction
• Experience in the field of after-sales service, maintenance, commissioning, or technical diagnostics: an asset
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Taste for field work, technology, and finding solutions
• Sense of responsibility, rigor, precision, and autonomy
• Good team spirit and ease in exchanges with customers and different departments
• Availability for professional travel, according to the needs of the position
