A trainer at 80–100 % on a permanent contract

Your missions As a trainer, you will be responsible for: • Supervising 8 to 10 beneficiaries in professional integration within the Marketing and Sales departments • Ensuring the management and proper functioning of these sectors • Developing and leading training sessions in the field of the sector • Contributing to the development of the institutional communication plan and implementing it Your profile You show a keen interest in the field of training, particularly in a context of professional integration, and possess excellent relational skills. You have a technical background in graphic arts, complemented by training in adult supervision (BFFA-M1, MSP, social educator or equivalent title). You master social networks (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) perfectly and are comfortable with filming, both in photography and video. Rigorous, organized, and efficient, you carry out your missions with professionalism and know how to lead groups in a training context. You are also able to manage projects while respecting deadlines. You have an excellent command of French, both spoken and written, as well as solid skills in computer tools, particularly Adobe, management systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
