Emmen \| 80-100% What you can contribute <br /> • Ensure the management of the school's chancery at the Emmen, Grandvillard and Dübendorf sites (mail service, monitoring deadlines, information, correspondence, monitoring entries into service, dismissals and staff levels) • Instruct and direct, in French and German, the office (military) orders responsible for the administrative functioning of the units and the chancery • Enter basic data of the school's military personnel, manage transfers and record information relating to training, equipment and qualifications • Archive school files and troop personal files • Administer the school's material store (office supplies, regulations) <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • CFC as a commercial employee • Two to three years of experience related to the position advertised • Knowledge of administrative processes and military terminology • Organizational talent, flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours and to carry out external missions • Good active knowledge of a second official language <br /> In a few words You manage the school's chancery from an administrative, material and personnel (militia personnel) perspective.
