Social Educator/Psychiatric Nurse As part of the opening of a new minors' protection boarding school designed for minors with specific needs we are looking for SOCIAL EDUCATOR/S 80 \- 100% Your mission Within a small team, you will accompany and take care of six minors aged 11 to 18 who benefit from protection measures and have psychological or behavioral disorders. In this context, you will be required to build individualized support projects. You will also have to develop close collaborative relationships with families and with the network of professionals surrounding these minors. Workplace: Epalinges Schedules: Boarding school schedule including evening and weekend hours. Entry into function: October 2026 or to be agreed. Required training: \- HES or ES \- Psychiatric Nurse HES \- ASE level CFC. Particular skills characterizing the position: Willingness and ability to work with people suffering from emotional regulation difficulties, and/or traumas related to complex personal situations; Possess natural authority and a high level of internal security; Ability to analyze and take distance in complex situations; Proven skills for team work; Knowledge of psychopathology and experience in a psychiatric environment would be a plus.
