Construction Manager / Project Manager Structural Engineering (m/f/d) – 80 - 100%

Your tasks:

• Independent management and coordination of construction projects
• Guiding and supporting junior construction managers
• Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and occupational safety
• Coordination and leadership of contractors, tradespeople and specialist planners
• Organization and management of construction meetings
• Monitoring construction execution, ensuring efficient project processing
• Control of measurements, invoices, supplements and construction progress
• Accompanying projects from execution planning to successful handover

Your profile:

• Completed training in construction, for example as a dipl. Bauleiter,
• Techniker HF, civil engineer or with comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction/project management in structural engineering in Switzerland
• Sound knowledge of Swiss construction processes and construction regulations
• Strong organizational skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Assertiveness, strong communication skills and enjoyment of

collaboration in a team

• Confident handling of digital working tools and common

construction administration processes
