What you can achieve with us.

You will look after several buildings & properties of demanding customers in a small team. Your area of responsibility includes the following activities:

• Assumption of all infrastructural tasks (outdoor work, winter service, exterior cleaning)
• Execution of office moves
• General caretaker and handyman tasks (changing light bulbs, etc.)
• Execution of minor repairs
• Gardening/landscape maintenance
• Disposal and recycling, cooperation at the in-house Oekihof
• Responsibility for the assigned vehicle
• Winter on-call service (Nov.-April)

What defines you.

You describe yourself as a service provider out of inner conviction. Positive feedback on your performance motivates you and spurs you on to further top performance. You also bring with you:

• Completed basic training, preferably in the field of (building cleaning, facility management, logistics or similar)
• Several years of professional experience desired
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Good IT user skills (mandatory)
• Driver's license Cat. B (mandatory) is an advantage, with trailer test
• Manual dexterity (mandatory)
• Customer-oriented, efficient and independent way of working
• Neat appearance as well as good manners
• Team player
