Join a committed team, at the most Job Description ### YOUR MAIN MISSIONS: • Provide personalized and quality home care while respecting the needs and expectations of patients. • Be the essential link between the medical staff, the patient, and their family: listening, information, and support. • Participate in the clinical and social assessment of patients in order to adapt their care. • Work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to propose adapted solutions. • Ensure the emotional and physical comfort of patients with benevolence and professionalism. Profile ### YOUR PROFILE • HES diploma in nursing or foreign title recognized by the Swiss Red Cross. • Experience in home care, a real asset. • Ability to analyze and anticipate to adjust care according to the evolution of needs. -Excellent interpersonal skills: listening, empathy, and communication skills. • Organization and rigor in the monitoring of files and interventions. • Autonomy, adaptability, and flexibility in the face of everyday situations. • Mastery of standard office and IT tools (Knowledge of the Medlink program is a plus.)
