IT Systems Engineer SQL & Middleware

Contribute

• Operation and further development of Microsoft SQL Server as well as other administrative and medical applications
• Support and optimization of interfaces between medical and non-medical systems
• Administration of Microsoft SQL databases including backup, restore, monitoring and performance analysis
• Creation of SQL queries, reports and PowerShell scripts for operational IT operations
• Analysis and resolution of disturbances across application, interface and database levels
• Gradual assumption of additional responsibility as part of long-term succession planning with versatile technical development opportunities
• Collaboration in IT projects as well as participation in the rotating on-call service, currently approximately every eight weeks

Bring

• IT training or several years of experience in the operation of complex IT system landscapes
• Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server as well as experience in the creation and optimization of SQL queries
• Experience with ERP, administrative or business-critical applications; OPALE knowledge is an advantage
• Experience with interfaces, middleware or system integrations
• Knowledge in PowerShell as well as monitoring, backup or reporting solutions
• Independent, structured and service-oriented way of working with high personal responsibility
• Very good German skills, at least level C1
