For our client, an established real estate company with strong regional roots, we are looking for an experienced personality from real estate marketing who wants to take on responsibility or specifically expand their leadership experience. You will shape the site, win mandates, accompany sales processes, and benefit from very good framework conditions as well as attractive development perspectives.

Your tasks ####

In this function, you combine real estate marketing, customer consulting, and site responsibility. You are close to the market, recognize opportunities, and accompany sales processes with a sense for people, real estate, and successful closings.

• You market residential and investment properties in the region and bring suitable buyers and sellers together.
• You specifically build up new sales mandates and accompany them from the first conversation to the closing.
• You advise owners, prospective buyers, and investors personally, competently, and reliably.
• You lead the site with an entrepreneurial view and develop it step by step.
• You actively maintain and further expand your network in Rheintal, Werdenberg, and Sarganserland.

Your profile ####

• Experience in real estate marketing
• Joy in acquisition, consulting, and successful closings
• Regional network or connection to Rheintal, Werdenberg, or Sarganserland
• Entrepreneurial, independent, and quality-conscious way of working
• Confident appearance, negotiation skills, and high customer orientation
• Federal Diploma, MAS, or comparable further education in the real estate sector is an advantage
