The Business Development department deals with the strategic and operational further development of the Hirslanden Klinik Aarau. We are looking for you as an experienced Project Manager to support our committed team. YOUR TASKS ## • You work at the forefront of the clinic's development and support the strategy process • You independently plan and lead strategic and operational projects, from the preparation of the project proposal to implementation • You lead interdisciplinary and interprofessional project teams with a sense of tact for change management • You develop specialist area strategies and identify expansion and cooperation options • You identify optimization measures and process improvements and implement them in a goal-oriented manner YOUR PROFILE ## • You have a completed degree in business administration (Uni/FH) or comparable further training with business administration knowledge • You have several years of experience in leading demanding projects that do not have a predefined standard path • You are very well acquainted with the Swiss healthcare system; professional experience in a similar function in an acute care hospital is a great advantage • You possess pronounced strategic and networked thinking as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills • You are characterized by your very good communication and moderation skills • You have experience in accompanying change processes as well as in dealing with different stakeholders Perhaps we have exactly the right thing for you!
