Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a Cook for a temporary mission within the restaurant of a large department store. You will be responsible for the preparation and realization of à la carte dishes, with plated service, in compliance with recipes, quality standards, and hygiene standards. • Ensure the mise en place and preparation of the various dishes. • Master cooking techniques and plate presentation. • Guarantee a careful and consistent presentation of preparations. • Actively participate in the smooth running of the service. • Work effectively in collaboration with the entire brigade. • Rigorously respect hygiene and food safety standards. • Maintain a clean and organized workstation. • Continuous hours from Monday to Friday The Samsic Group is committed to a CSR approach. \------- Profile sought: You have completed training in cooking and possess confirmed experience in traditional catering, à la carte cooking, and plated service. Qualities and skills sought: • CFC as a cook or a title deemed equivalent. • Confirmed experience in à la carte cooking and plated service. • Good mastery of cooking, preparations, and plating. • Ability to work during sustained services. • Speed of execution, rigor, and sense of organization. • Excellent team spirit. • Strict respect for hygiene and food safety standards. • Availability from Monday to Friday during the proposed hours.
