Apprentice commercial employee (M/F) at 100%

Thanks to a rotation every six months, you will have the opportunity to discover different sectors and diversify your experiences!

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Correspondence and orders

• Reception, sorting, distribution, processing of mail and handling of postal shipments
• Checking, filing, electronic management and archiving of various documents (letters, orders, reports, etc.)
• Drafting of files, reports, minutes, various correspondence (sometimes in a foreign language)

Secretariat

• Agenda management
• Organization of meetings
• Preparation of sessions
• Updating of various databases (customers, orders, suppliers, etc.)
• Reception of customers, telephone contact and management of electronic messaging
• Training and supervision of apprentices/interns

Accounting/invoicing

• Entry of invoices and accounting entries
• Assistance in maintaining accounting and verification of accounts (using accounting documents and management software)
• Preparation of documents related to the receipt of an order (invoice, delivery note, customs form, etc.)
• Preparation of invoices

YOUR PROFILE

Within Gruyère Energie, training is offered via the Extended path or with Maturity with a change of sector every 6 months.

Duration
3 years

Format

• Practice within the company (3-4 days/week)
• Theoretical courses (1-2 days/week)
• Inter-company courses (8 to 10 days over 3 years)

Admission requirements
Compulsory schooling successfully completed

Title obtained
Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) in commercial employment
Professional Maturity possible during the apprenticeship or after obtaining the CFC
