Karl Rölli Holzbau, Bedachung und SpenglereiAG is a regionally anchored and leading company. The group includes 60 employees with a modern timber construction department of 40 employees.

The family business based in Pfaffnau specializes in timber system construction, creation of entire building envelopes and renovations. Your tasks

• in a two-person team, you train our apprentices as a vocational trainer
• you lead the training workshop and impart practical skills to our male and female carpenters
• you actively help shape our training concept and continuously develop it further
• in parallel, you work in production or during the assembly of timber structures and timber system constructions
• general carpentry work
• new construction, renovation and refurbishments
• facades and interior finishing
