Job description
We are looking for a childcare specialist with a lot of heart and passion, starting immediately or by arrangement. As a non-profit organization, Meliso offers parents with their children professional and goal-oriented support in challenging phases of life. Our core concerns are trusting parent-child relationships and strengthened mothers and fathers. Meliso promotes and encourages parents with their children to discover and use their strengths. We are looking for Childcare Specialist EFZ workload: 80-100%, permanent position location: Wabern (Nesslerenweg) and/or Bern (Federweg) Your role As a specialist, you shape everyday life with the children professionally, promote individual development and create valuable learning moments. You work in a dedicated team that together creates a warm and inspiring environment for the children. Trusting cooperation with the parents is a high priority. You bring the following

Training as FaBeK, KKE or equivalent training
Joy in the profession, passionate and motivated
Committed, resilient, flexible and creative
Responsible, practical, concrete and reflective
