EDUCATOR M/F IN EPSM YOUR PROFILE: You hold a completed and/or recognized Educator training in Switzerland by SEFRI You have several years of experience in the field, ideally in similar roles. You are organized, a good listener and attentive to what is happening around you You have a good capacity for adaptation, self-reflection and are an excellent communicator You are able to collaborate in a network and interdisciplinarity You are skilled in the development of maintenance projects Are you interested in this position and looking for a permanent position? You design and implement socio-educational projects promoting the maintenance of resources, expression and social connection. You observe, analyze and adjust therapeutic frameworks according to needs and their evolution. You actively contribute to the individualized therapeutic project, by participating in its evaluation and follow-up. You develop a relationship of trust with the residents, as well as with their surroundings.
