In this role, you assume responsibility for the smooth operation of the site and ensure that the reception of materials, production, plant feeding, as well as stock and depot management, take place efficiently and safely. Your tasks • Operational management of the team of operators as well as temporary employees • Ensuring the smooth operation of the site • Planning of production and weekly material treatment • Planning the use of the own crushing station as well as coordination of external crushers if necessary • Treatment of primary and high-quality recycled construction materials with the combined crushing station • Development of storage and depot concepts • Creation and management of gravel depots • Supply of gravel, concrete, and asphalt plants with bulk materials • Execution of mechanical work with wheel loader, excavator, dumper, or other construction machinery • Loading of trucks with various bulk materials • Organization of repair and service work on construction machinery Your profile • Completed technical or manual vocational training, for example construction machinery mechanic, agricultural mechanic, recycler, or equivalent • Experience in a gravel or recycling plant as well as being an operator of construction machinery, particularly with M2 and M3 machines, is indispensable • Initial experience in a management role desired; willingness to undergo continuous training in personnel management • Very good knowledge of German • Good knowledge of MS Office • High sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously • Flexibility, stress resistance as well as a practical and solution-oriented approach • Down-to-earth, dynamic personality with a positive attitude, comfortable in a direct and sometimes tough working environment Our offer We offer you a varied and responsible activity in a central key function at the site.
