In the areas of mechanics, assembly, and packaging, we manufacture high-quality products for our customers and accompany people on their way into the working world. As a Group Leader*in, you are part of our leadership team in production. You work closely with the group leaders of mechanics and assembly, lead and accompany your operational employees in daily work, and take over the deputy role for another group leader in their absence. As a floater, you support various production areas and contribute your technical know-how where it is currently needed. In doing so, you set up CNC machines, program and optimize manufacturing processes, and ensure quality and on-time orders together with the team. Your tasks ### • Leading and accompanying your operational employees (BMA) in daily work • Close cooperation with the group leaders of mechanics and assembly as well as taking over deputy duties in their absence • Deployment as a floater in the areas of mechanics, assembly, and other production areas • Setting up, operating, and programming CNC turning and milling machines (Heidenhain and Siemens controls) • Setting up machines and workstations • Planning, coordination, and monitoring of customer orders • Ensuring quality, productivity, and delivery dates • Promoting the individual skills of our operational employees • Participation in vocational measures as well as in training • Conducting performance reviews and documentation in the internal system • Maintenance of customer contacts • Participation in team meetings as well as active co-design of our work processes What you bring with you ### • Completed training as Polymechaniker*in EFZ or comparable technical training • Experience in CNC turning and CNC milling • Ideally knowledge in programming with Heidenhain and/or Siemens controls • Joy in working with people and interest in a social environment • Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working • Team spirit, initiative, and a sense of responsibility • Good IT skills • Flexibility and openness for assignments in different departments • Impeccable reputation What awaits you ### • A varied activity with a lot of personal responsibility • Regular working hours without shift work • Modern CNC technology and exciting customer orders • A motivated, appreciative, and helpful team • Very good social benefits • Attractive further education and development opportunities • The opportunity to accompany people on their professional path and make a real difference • Plenty of room for your own ideas and the active co-design of our workshop Interested? ### Then we look forward to getting to know you!
