You ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, assume your role as a respondent to the competent authorities, and actively contribute to audit, quality, and incident management processes related to medication. You play a central role in market analysis, the evaluation of therapeutic alternatives, notably generics and biosimilars, and contribute to purchasing decisions within a structured framework. You collaborate with physicians, healthcare teams, and support functions in order to evolve practices, secure processes, and accompany changes, notably in the deployment of cross-functional projects such as the optimization of secure cabinets. You participate in the group's inter-clinic exchanges, quality processes, pharmacovigilance, and continuous training, in a dynamic environment where field expertise and the ability to convince are decisive. Your profile ## You are a pharmacist with confirmed experience in a hospital setting, ideally holding the FPH title in hospital pharmacy, or possessing equivalent expertise acquired in the field, including in management functions, in Switzerland or abroad. Autonomous and reliable, you are capable of making decisions within a demanding framework while navigating with ease in a group organization with sometimes complex processes. You distinguish yourself by your human qualities, your sense of collaboration, and your ability to establish a constructive dialogue with physicians and internal partners. Your analytical capacity, your professional credibility, and your posture as a medical partner allow you to accompany developments in the field of medication and to contribute sustainably to the quality of care.
