DT Concept SA, an architecture and construction management office based in Fenil-sur-Corsier, is looking for a construction manager at 80% - 100% to ensure the monitoring of its construction sites in the cantons of Vaud, Fribourg and Valais, from coordination with companies to the acceptance of the works.

• Residence located less than 30 km from our offices in Fenil-sur-Corsier
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar function
• CFC as an architectural drafter required
• ES Diploma: a major asset
• French native language
• Category B driving license mandatory

Your mission
-----------------

Rattaché(e) to our office, you take charge of the monitoring of our construction sites located in the cantons of Vaud, Fribourg and Valais. In this capacity, you ensure:

• Coordination with the companies working on the construction sites
• The preparation of tenders and their verification
• Participation in adjudication meetings
• Cost control and budget monitoring of the construction sites
• Technical drawing work
• Monitoring the progress of work and compliance with deadlines and execution quality

Your profile
----------------

• CFC as an architectural drafter (required)
• ES Diploma (major asset)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar function
• French native language
• Residing at a maximum of 30 km from Fenil-sur-Corsier
• Good command of standard IT tools; proficiency in ArchiCad is an asset
• Knowledge of SIA standards and construction regulations in French-speaking Switzerland
• Category B driving license mandatory
• Rigor, organizational skills and ability to manage several construction sites in parallel
• Interpersonal skills and good negotiation skills with the various stakeholders
• Autonomy and initiative
