Join us for a career rich in opportunities, where you can make a difference and where no two days are the same. ## The mission of the Migration Agent & PLM Data Manager is to ensure the preparation, migration (retrofit), and reliability of product data between existing systems and the PLM tool, while guaranteeing compliance with the data model and the quality of information delivered to the business units. Responsibilities: • Execute migration procedures and contribute to their evolution and improvement • Perform migration operations (extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, post-loading controls) - Update actions on CAD documents (models and drawings) • Control and compliance of migrated data: consistency, completeness, duplicates, formats, mandatory attributes, CAD-doc/BOM links, etc. • Report/manage anomalies and escalate encountered difficulties: qualification, root cause analysis, correction, re-tests, follow-up until closure • Document the operations performed and participate in writing technical documentation • Be close to the business units to guarantee an understanding of their technical data • Assist in the preparation and execution of migration tests (UAT) and pilots (datasets, scenarios, acceptance criteria) • Assist in defining the migration strategy: audit, mapping, migration and retrofit rules. • Assist in the audit and mapping of sources: inventory, volume, quality, implicit rules - Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the PLM data model, classification strategies, and its evolutions • Contribution to continuous improvement • Data scope (depending on projects): CAD, Parts, Bills of Materials, Routings, MBE-MBD, Documents PROFILE • Technician or Engineer degree, in mechanics / Production / Industrialization • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role • Knowledge of mechanical products and concepts (of production) as well as Industrialization business practices (product-process) in production • Knowledge of PLM/CAD/ERP/MES tools and understanding of PLM objects • Interest in PLM migration / retrofit, data manipulation (CSV, import/export files), Office suite (Excel - advanced) • Proficiency in Monday, Confluence, Jira, a plus • Rigor, capacity for structuring, attention to detail • Analytical capacity and problem-solving • Communication (facilitating/contributing in workshops, gathering client needs, teamwork) • Collaboration, team spirit, autonomy, versatility • Adaptability (multi-project, multi-sector, evolution of rules/tools) ## WHAT WILL YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR JOB HERE? • In our engineering academy, you will have access to more than 60,000 hours of world-class training - designed to stimulate your growth from day one.
