To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and experienced construction manager.
Your tasks
You are responsible for the realization of demanding residential construction projects independently from the start of construction until handover including defect rectification and warranty inspections
You coordinate and lead the contractors and craftsmen directly on site
You monitor the deadlines, costs as well as the execution quality and consistently ensure compliance with safety regulations
Your profile
Completed construction or architecture-related vocational training
Further training as a construction manager, technician HF or comparable
Practical experience in local construction management in Switzerland
Confident handling of relevant IT programs (e.g. Messerli, Excel, etc.)
Organizational talent and assertiveness
Independent and solution-oriented way of working
Joy in working with people
