Our client is a renowned and successful company from the dermatological and pharmaceutical industry that has stood for quality, competence, and trust for many years.

For the location in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an engaged, independent, and analytical personality as

Financial Accountant 60-80% (a), Zürich

per immediately or by arrangement

Your tasks:

• Independent management of the general and subsidiary ledgers
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Carrying out account reconciliations
• Support in invoice verification and payment transactions
• Posting of accounts payable invoices and bank transactions
• Management of accounts receivable including dunning processes
• Management of fixed asset accounting
• Assumption of deputy tasks within the team during holiday absences or outages

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training with further training in accounting
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting, especially in the area of closing work
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and pivot tables
• Very good German skills as well as good English skills
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Pronounced analytical skills and a good understanding of numbers
• Team-oriented personality with high flexibility
