Senior Release Train Engineer (services infrastructure et plateforme)

What you can contribute

• Lead and optimize the Agile Release Train (ART) teams, organize events according to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and ensure their moderation (PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt)
• Identify, track and proactively eliminate risks and issues; manage complications and interdependencies beyond the ART teams
• Plan and lead all capacities relating to the ART teams; organize priorities and internal coordination within the teams in question in accordance with directives on Lean portfolio management
• Implement, lead and develop agile indicators aimed at improving delivery quality and performance
• Actively organize and coordinate collaboration with product management, domain architecture, business owners and agile teams
• Support facilitators and Scrum coaches, product owners and agile teams, and actively contribute to the community of Release Train Engineers (RTE)

What makes you unique

• University degree (Bachelor/Master) in computer science or business informatics or similar studies
• Several years of experience as an RTE in a large company, in public administration or in an environment of comparable complexity, characterized by demanding governance structures and stakeholders
• Talent for communication, great ability to assert oneself and a structured way of working
• Recent certifications desired as a SAFe RTE and as a SAFe change agent
• Good active knowledge of a second official language and good knowledge of English
