We are looking for the Early Childhood Sector Deputy Director. Sought profile \- Diploma of Early Childhood Educator ES/HES or title recognized by the SASAJ allowing the exercise of a management function in an early childhood institution. \- Recognized management training by the SASAJ (CAS in management of social institutions or equivalent title). \- Confirmed experience in team management in the field of early childhood, ideally within a Geneva-based structure. \- Good mastery of the Geneva regulatory framework related to early childhood. \- Experience in a structure subsidized by the City of Geneva is a real asset. \- Excellent organizational, relational, and decision-making skills. \- Ability to quickly integrate into a work environment and provide effective support to teams. \- Conditions This temporary mission could evolve into a more lasting collaboration according to the needs of the structure and the satisfaction of both parties.
