Your tasks

• You take over the product management for our line «Interdental Brushes» and manage the portfolio over the entire life cycle. In the area of «Chemical Products», you support the innovation pipeline with a focus on new product developments in toothpastes and mouthwashes.
• You identify market, competitive, and customer trends and derive new product ideas, improvements, and a future-oriented product roadmap from them.
• You manage product developments from the initial idea to successful global market entry and ensure structured and goal-oriented implementation.
• You specifically further develop the existing assortment in terms of positioning, market potential, efficiency, and profitability.
• You translate market needs and economic goals into clear product concepts and convincing solutions.
• You coordinate cooperation with internal departments as well as external suppliers and development partners.
• You are the central contact person for product-related questions and bring together different internal and external stakeholders.
• You accompany products over the entire life cycle, including further developments, successor products, and phase-outs.

Your profile

• You have a university degree, ideally in business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable field.
• You bring several years of sound experience in product and project management and have already independently been responsible for products or product lines.
• You have a strong understanding of the market and customers and think strategically and entrepreneurially.
• You work analytically, structurally, and solution-oriented and consistently drive complex topics forward.
• You coordinate various departments, stakeholders, and external partners confidently.
• You tackle topics proactively and want to actively help shape products and assortments.
• Experience in the field of Healthcare, Medtech, or Consumer Goods is of great advantage.
• You communicate clearly, reliably, and convincingly in German as well as in English.
