– immobilien architektur management gmbh kurz sam-iam is looking for an architect who does not just draw projects, but thinks along, drives them forward, and accompanies them through to implementation.

We like beautiful architecture. Clear, harmonious, and carefully formulated. But we don't need to end up on every architecture blog with it.

We are interested in architecture that fits the location, the client, and the budget – and that really works in the end.

What you do with us

• You take responsibility for your projects and accompany them from the design through the building permit application to and including execution
• You develop and refine designs
• You work independently with Archicad or Vectorworks
• You create project, permit, and execution plans
• You develop details that do not only look good on the screen
• You coordinate specialist planners and project participants
• You clarify building law questions directly with municipalities and authorities
• You guide building permit applications through the permit processes
• You ensure that the necessary permits are available in good time
• You work closely with our construction management

In short:

You don't just simply draw plans. You ensure that houses are made from them. With us, design, planning, and realization lie close to each other.

What we are looking for

• You have studied architecture or are a Techniker TS, and have already gained experience in Switzerland.
• You speak and write fluent German.
• You are confident in design, but have just as much joy in execution, construction, and details.
• If you get stuck on a construction project, you don't wait for someone to lay the solution on your table. You clarify, call the specialist planner or the municipality, and move the topic forward.
• Experience and being steady with permit processes in the Canton of Zürich – ideally around Lake Zürich and in the Zürcher Oberland – is a big plus for us.
