Agroos Personal AG is continuously looking for qualified and reliable candidates for the medical, construction, and commercial sectors. Currently, we are looking for a Farm Manager 100% for our client.

Your tasks:

• Plan and organize the agricultural operation
• Lead employees and distribute work
• Monitor animals, plants, and fields
• Manage feed, seeds, and operational resources
• Coordinate machinery and facilities
• Control workflows and quality
• Monitor budget, costs, and yields
• Process orders, deliveries, and documents

Your profile:

• Agricultural training (e.g., farmer) with further education is an advantage
• Knowledge in animal husbandry, crop production, machinery, and business management
• Organization, planning, employee leadership, problem-solving, and economic thinking
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Responsible, reliable, independent, and resilient
• Interest in nature/agriculture and technical understanding
