Our customer in the Rheintal is an established industrial company with a modern machine and plant park. To strengthen the technical maintenance, we are looking for an experienced specialist who brings their know-how in mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, and machine overhaul.

Your tasks

• Independent execution of maintenance, repair, and upkeep work on production machines and technical systems
• Execution of machine overhauls as well as exchange, repair, and refurbishment of mechanical components
• Systematic fault finding and troubleshooting in the areas of mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• Maintenance and upkeep of CNC-controlled production machines
• Execution of turning and adjustment work on conventional or CNC lathes
• Manufacture or processing of spare, wear, and machine parts as required
• Testing and exchange of electrical and electromechanical components, sensors, drives, and other operational resources
• Execution of preventive maintenance to ensure high machine availability
• Support during assembly, installation, conversion, and commissioning of machines and systems
• Analysis of recurring faults and active cooperation in technical improvements and optimizations
• Documentation of the performed maintenance and repair work

Your profile

• Completed basic technical training, for example as a polymechanic, production mechanic, automation technician, electromechanic, mechanic, or comparable training
• Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance, machine maintenance, or machine overhaul
• Sound practical knowledge in mechanics as well as hydraulics and pneumatics
• Good knowledge in the area of electrics/electrical engineering and safety in handling electrical components
• Experience with CNC machines and ideally in CNC turning
• Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams, and machine documentation reliably
• Experience in independent fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Manual dexterity and a pronounced technical understanding
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Readiness to take responsibility and to act pragmatically and goal-oriented during machine downtime
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
