SAP Consultant SuccessFactors & HCM (w/m) For our customer, we are looking for: SAP Consultant SuccessFactors & HCM (w/m) Your area of responsibility Continuous optimization of HR and Payroll processes Close cooperation with HR Business Stakeholders as well as support for HR Operations & Payroll Analysis and implementation of Change Requests as well as implementation of new requirements Training of End and Key Users Definition, further development, and monitoring of HR interfaces (e.g. TimeTool, DWH, Valora PK, Safely) including error correction Coordination with internal IT teams and external partners Creation and updating of HR and payroll-relevant reports Ensuring SOX-compliant HR IT processes as well as support with audit documentation Your qualifications Bachelor or Master degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics or comparable education In-depth experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Management, and ECP Knowledge of HR Analytics, Data Visualization, or project management (e.g. SHRM, CIPD, PMP, Power BI) is a plus Very good understanding of IT architectures, interfaces, and end-to-end HR processes Strongly developed analytical, communicative, and operational skills Very good German and English language skills Your benefits Very good employment conditions Flexible working hours and a modern equipped workplace as well as the possibility for home office Further attractive benefits jpid680d862jm jit0728jm jiy26jm
