District Heating Production Project Manager (100%)

Your field of activity

Within our Thermal Networks Department, you will hold a key position in the operation of our heat production facilities with the unique opportunity to participate in the Viteos energy transition.

Your function requires improving the energy efficiency of our various district heating (CAD) production plants. The fleet of heat producers includes wood boilers, fossil fuel boilers (gas and/or oil), industrial heat pumps, and heat recovery installations with the aim of lowering our production costs.

Your mission if you accept it:

• Acquire, analyze, process consumption and production data
• Improve operating processes and the valorization of renewable energies
• Develop the energy optimization of the installations
• Propose processes in correlation with the rational use of energy
• Manage projects and specific construction sites for CAD plants
• Establish, update technical documents and write reports.
• Participate in the on-call service, at a rate of approximately one week every 6 to 8 weeks

Prerequisites, you must:

• Hold a HES/EPF Engineering degree in thermal engineering, mechanical engineering, environment, CVSE (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitary and Electricity) or training deemed equivalent
• Demonstrate 5 years of experience in the energy field and in project management
• Possess very good knowledge of thermal energy production and distribution systems. Knowledge of the global functioning of a CAD network is an advantage
• Possess very good knowledge in the fields of mechanics, hydraulics and MCR
• Master standard IT tools (MS Office, Outlook, etc.) and technical tools of the field or have the capacity to easily acquire mastery of calculation tools
• Possess a category B driver's license
