What you will do with us ##

• Ensuring timely material supply for selected material groups in the mechanical engineering sector
• Monitoring and tracking of order confirmations
• Early and proactive implementation of measures in case of deviations with internal and external stakeholders
• Close coordination with the responsible strategic procurement in case of escalations
• Reminding and demanding due delivery dates
• Monitoring stock levels for the assigned product groups to ensure optimal management
• Maintenance and updating of order-related data in the SAP system
• Loading and processing of work stocks and workflows in daily business

What you bring with you ##

• Technical or commercial basic training EFZ
• Technical understanding is an advantage (e.g., reading construction drawings)
• 2-3 years of experience in operative procurement in an industrial environment
• Solid user knowledge in the SAP MM module incl. scheduling
• Proficient handling of common MS tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Conceptual competence, solution-oriented as well as planning and organizational skills
• Team-oriented personality with a proactive way of working
• Very good German skills (level B2) and English skills (level B1) are an advantage
• Independent, self-responsible team player
