Do you want to ensure that procurements in structural engineering are implemented in a legally secure, efficient, and high-quality manner at the Dienststelle Immobilien? A versatile leadership and specialist function awaits you at the interface of project management, specialist departments, and administration, in which you will further develop the project services as a professional internal service and competence center.

Your Tasks

• You lead a small team; together you ensure uniform, efficient, and quality-oriented service delivery, and you further develop this according to the requirements of the organization.
• For the project management in construction management, you are responsible for the professional implementation of tenders according to public procurement law and ensure a reliable back office.
• You are responsible for quality assurance in the entire procurement process and continuously expand standards, templates, and quality management instruments, ensuring clear processes, high data quality, and uniform project administration.
• As an internal service and procurement specialist unit, you advise and support specialist departments in the areas of procurement, contract management, and project control. In doing so, you coordinate different interests, clarify responsibilities, and further develop demand-oriented services.
• The further development of specialist applications and digital processes, as well as the supervision of apprentices, is part of your area of responsibility.

Your Profile

• A completed degree (FH, university) supplemented by further training in public procurement, project management, or administrative management forms the basis of your qualification.
• You bring sound knowledge of public procurement law as well as practical experience with tenders, awards, and works contracts.
• You combine a very high service awareness and a good understanding of the needs of the project management with a sense of responsibility, decision-making ability, resilience, and negotiation skills.
• Several years of experience in team leadership or management, in matrix organizations, distinguish you. You develop employees in a targeted manner, set clear priorities, and lead effectively even when not all participants report directly to your line.
• Digital affinity and a networked, solution-oriented way of thinking are as much a part of your profile as an attentive sense for improvement potential.
