Would you like to make a valuable contribution to the professional integration of people with hearing impairments? To strengthen our Vocational Integration department, we are looking for a dedicated personality starting in October 2026 or by arrangement as Job Coach / Job Coachin 40 - 60% (D/F) ## Your tasks with us: • You professionally accompany hard-of-hearing and deaf job seekers in the application process and support them on their way into the primary labor market. • You acquire suitable placement and workstations and maintain contact with employers. • You advise companies on opportunities, challenges, and supportive measures in dealing with hearing impairments. • You actively develop integration offers further and strengthen the social networking of the clients. • You work closely with a dedicated team and contribute to internal meetings as well as project groups and courses. What you bring with you: • You have a completed degree in Social Work or a comparable qualification. • Ideally, you bring a CAS in the field of job coaching as well as several years of experience in labor integration. • You are interested in inclusive working worlds and are willing to learn sign language. • You convince with strong communication skills, initiative, and team spirit. • You communicate fluently in German and French.
