Commercial Assistant / Intern Accounting (20–30 %)

Bio Test Agro AG is a recognized inspection and certification body for organic farms in German-speaking and French-speaking Switzerland. Around 60 employees competently, practically, and efficiently support our customers in the implementation of organic production.

To strengthen our team at the Münsingen (BE) office, we are looking for an engaged and reliable personality starting

1 January 2027 or by arrangement as

Commercial Assistant / Intern Accounting (20–30 %)
Temporary for approx. 6 months (maternity cover)

Your tasks

• Collaboration in accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Invoicing our customers
• Posting payments
• Processing VAT returns
• General administrative activities in the finance area
• Close cooperation with the finance manager

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with experience in the finance or accounting area
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Precise, independent, and structured way of working
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
