Since 1985, the MAD of Lausanne has been building, season after season, the legend and reputation that it has today. The MAD Club is located in the heart of Lausanne in the Flon district. Ranked in the top 100 of the best clubs in the world according to DJ Mag, laureate of an NRJ Award of honor in 2013, the MAD is 5 floors, 4 dancefloors, a hotel with Rooftop, & a Café!

To reinforce our teams at the MAD Café

We are looking for:

A Chef/fe de rang

Main missions:

You are responsible for the smooth running of the service and ensure a quality of welcome and personalized services to our clientele.

You know our offers perfectly in order to meet the expectations of the customers.

You will notably carry out the different service and setup operations in compliance with the quality standards and procedures in force within the establishment.

Guarantee customer satisfaction throughout their experience

Desired profiles:

Stress resistant

Confirmed experience of at least 1 to 3 years in a similar position

Excellent presentation and good interpersonal skills

Motivated, with a keen sense of organization and teamwork.

Sociable and comfortable with clientele

Fast and efficient

Residence in the surroundings of Lausanne mandatory

Tattoos, piercings and look welcome ;-)

Mastery of spoken & written french mandatory (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
