HR Specialist - Personnel Administration

Posieux, Switzerland \| 80-80% What you can contribute <br /> • Autonomously manage personnel administration: employment contracts, attestations, and work certificates • Ensure the contractual and administrative part of external engagements (fees, civil service, unpaid activities) • Monitor time management: monitoring balances, maintaining dashboards, and closing tasks • Prepare lists and working documents from several systems (SAP HR, BI) while ensuring data quality • Be the point of reference for HR advisors on personnel administration issues, and provide substitution within the team • Analyze and standardize personnel administration processes, develop best practices <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • Commercial training (CFC or equivalent) completed by training in the HR field, completed or in progress • Precise, structured, and autonomous working method, with a strong sense of data quality • Good knowledge of SAP, SuccessFactors, and Excel; Power BI and Atlassian tools, an asset • Curiosity for new working tools, including artificial intelligence • Versatile and adaptable personality, able to organize and prioritize within deadlines, with a good team spirit • Knowledge of two official languages <br /> In a few words Do you like HR work that is well-done, precise, and varied?
