In order to strengthen our team in Domdidier (FR), we are looking for a:

Administrative Assistant 100% (M/F)

Your role ###

• You are in direct contact with our customers, mainly by telephone, to organize repairs or installations.
• You plan the routes of our technicians, ensuring their schedules are optimized.
• You follow ongoing interventions and communicate timeframes to customers.
• You ensure the smooth running of the service by handling administrative tasks related to the activity.

Profile sought ###

• You have completed training and initial experience in planning, customer assistance, or coordination.
• Comfortable on the phone, you like to find solutions and respond to requests with professionalism.
• Initiative, organizational skills, and autonomy.
• You master standard IT tools.
