La fromagerie d'Appenzell is the showcase and ambassador of the Appenzeller® Käse brand, making this place a spicy destination for excursions in the Appenzell region. The dynamic daytime tourist activity, with its restaurant, shop and interactive exhibition on the cheese dairy, welcomes visitors from all over the world 364 days a year. We are now looking for a multi-skilled and creative person as well as a motivated member to join our family team.

Your tasks:

• Maintain the washing kitchen clean, including the professional maintenance of kitchen equipment
• Help with mise en place work (various preparation and salad dressing tasks)

What you bring:

• Experience in catering
• Sense of quality and hygiene
• Commitment, team spirit, flexibility and resistance to stress
• Willingness to occasionally help in other positions within the company
• Neat appearance and good manners
