Your tasks Responsibility for static concepts from design to completion Creation of tenders Management of cost and schedule management as well as ensuring budget and timelines Leadership and technical guidance of project teams Technical construction management and construction supervision for complex projects Structural planning and implementation in concrete, steel and wood Risk management and solution finding for technical and organizational challenges Your profile Education as a construction engineer ETH/FH with in-depth knowledge in structural engineering Several years of experience as project manager in building construction (experience in civil engineering an advantage) Independent project management with responsibility for quality, costs and deadlines Experience in collaboration with architects, specialist planners, authorities and contractors Structured, responsible and team-oriented way of working Secure handling of MS Office; knowledge of AXIS VM and Messerli-Bau an advantage Very good German language skills in word and writing
