We are looking for a Chocolatier ### *Main tasks:* • Facilitate our demonstration lines in our Parcours Découverte, produce our chocolates live, explain the different stages to our visitors, • Give classes in our Atelier, including setup and cleaning, • Provide additional information on chocolate, the company and listen to participants by answering their questions, • Participate in the development of new classes for the Atelier, • Make products exclusively for sale in our Shop, • Occasionally support other departments. *Required Profile:* • Diploma in chocolatier, confectioner-pastry chef, cook or any training related to culinary professions deemed equivalent, • Experience with the public and in managing groups of adults and/or children, • A few years of professional experience in the chocolate sector and ideally a good knowledge of the sweet agri-food field, • Excellent knowledge of French and German/Swiss German (bilingual), good knowledge of English and any other language is a plus. *You are:* Comfortable with customers, a good speaker, structured and versatile?
