• Everything under control! As Managing Director, you have responsibility for the economic success of your point of sale.
• You know: When you support and motivate your employees, you and your team successfully implement sales promotion measures.
• Our demanding clientele is enthusiastic about how you advise them competently and courteously.
• You ensure optimal goods management and ensure that your point of sale makes people want to shop.
• Your daily tasks? You create the personnel deployment plan including cost control and take over the branch administration.

Requirements

• Do you convince in sales and have experience in leadership? Then you are in the right place with us.
• Your vocational training in the field of jewelry has made you a technical professional. You are business-competent due to further training.
• You can speak German very well - orally and in writing.
• Office programs? No problem for you.
• Several years of experience in the industry? That is what will convince us.
